Terms and Conditions:

  • To be eligible for this offer, you must be an existing patient at the Melbourne Smile Clinic and have attended the practice at least once within the last 12 months.
  • You must refer 1 new patient to receive 1 complimentary scale and clean
  • You must claim this offer within 6 months of your last attendance
  • The new patient being referred must ensure they provide your name to the clinic as their referrer.
  • The Melbourne Smile Clinic reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time. 
  • For patients with health cover, no out-of-pocket fees will be incurred for your next clean
  • For patients with no health cover, no charge will be incurred for the scale and clean only. Charges for other items such as dental examination and radiographs, will still be incurred.

Terms and Conditions

  • Patients must be 18 years or over
  • Patients must have attended the Melbourne Smile Clinic within the last 6 months and met adequate dental health standards for orthodontic treatment
  • If a patient has not attended prior, a full examination with radiographs and a clean must be carried out at our clinic before an Invisalign assessment is possible

 

Covid-19 update: Level 1 restrictions in Place
All routine dental treatment can be provided. Covid-safe plan in place: screening of patients will be carried out before an appointment is booked. Rubber dam for dental procedures will be used as much as possible.  Patients who have tested positive for Covid-19 or are awaiting test results, showing any symptom of covid-19 or have been in contact with an infected person are asked to delay dental visits. Social distancing measures have been set up in the waiting room as well as the staggering of appointments. Patients must use the alcohol-based handrub provided before and after treatment.
